Former British and Commonwealth bantamweight champion Stuart Hall says he will start fast and hard against Vusi Malinga when the two clash for the vacant IBF title on Saturday in Leeds, England. “The fans will be the winners in this fight,” Hall told RingTV.com, “because Malinga and I will meet in ring center and this will be a toe to toe war.”
