Garcia-Duarte weigh-in photos and final bout sheet (with weights)
What was thought to be junior welterweight bout is now a 143-pound catchweight showdown between former lightweight contender Ryan Garcia and streaking Oscar Duarte following Friday’s weigh-in for their 12-round main event on Saturday in Houston.
Garcia, who is looking to rebound from his stoppage loss to Gervonta Davis in April, weighed in at 142.8 pounds. Duarte, the smaller man who has fought his entire career at lightweight, looked solid at 143.
