Rafael Rivera (26-2-2, 17 KOs) says he was already preparing for another fight when he got the call to replace the injured Miguel Flores against WBA featherweight titleholder Leo Santa Cruz. Even on short notice, Rivera says he’s expecting to bring the title back home with him to Tijuana, Mexico this Saturday at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
