The Oxnard, Calif.-based Centeno is 20-0 with 11 knockouts, and Ibarra, 14-0 with eight stoppage wins. For Friday's co-feature, junior middleweight Eddie Gomez (16-0, 10 KOs) and rival Francisco Santana (19-3-1, 9 KOs) weighed 149, and, 148.2 respectively.

Junior middleweight Yudel Jhonson and rival Norberto Gonzalez weighed 154 pounds each in advance of Friday's bout on ESPN2's Friday Night Fights.
