RingTV’s Cynthia Conte spoke with the reigning undefeated WBC 130-pound titleholder Terri “Belter” Harper (10-0, 5 KOs), of Denaby, Yorkshire. Harper, the second female in British history to capture a world championship belt (after Ring Magazine/undisputed lightweight champ, two-division titleholder Katie Taylor), discussed her hard training during the pandemic. Harper defends her WBC belt against talented contender from Meyerside, Liverpool, Natasha “Miss GB” Jonas (9-1, 7 KOs), the first British female boxer to qualify for the Olympics who lost in the quarter finals against Taylor.

“Idols Become Rivals,” Harper vs. Jonas, goes down on August 7 at the Matchroom Fight Camp in Essex, LIVE on Sky Sports & DAZN. (Photos courtesy of Ryan Marsden and WBC)
