Oscar De La Hoya: ‘Canelo-Chavez Jr. was meant to be’

Golden Boy Promotions Chairman and CEO Oscar De La Hoya talks about Canelo-Chavez Jr. and weighs in on a potential middleweight showdown between Canelo and Gennady Golovkin.

  • I profited 104,000 bucks previous year by freelancing from my house and I did that by working part-time for several hours /daily. I was following an earning opportunity I came across from company that i found online and I am thrilled that I was able to earn so much money on the side. It’s very user-friendly and I’m so blessed that i found it. Here’s what I did… http://9m.no/폩ᥤ

Canelo is fighting “the bigger guy.” Really? Alvarez routinely does the ring walk around 170 lbs. This ‘catchweight’ (something I don’t believe in) is for weigh in purposes only. Both he and Chavez may weigh in at 164.5 on Thursday or whenever, but neither one will weigh that on Saturday night. Chavez needs to make sure he re-hydrates really well between the weigh in and the fight.

Well, technically Chavez is the “bigger guy”. Chavez Jr. comes in at 6’1″, while Canelo comes in at 5’9″. Both pushing around the same weight.
