Perfect Execution, the popular illustrated technical guide to boxing by legendary champion Bernard Hopkins, is back as a regular feature in the pages of THE RING magazine. That includes the January 2015 issue, which is on newsstands now.

RingTV’s Bill Emes ventured to Philadelphia, prior to Hopkins’ IBF-WBA light heavyweight title unification victory over Beibut Shumenov, to capture a behind-the-scenes look at the photo shoot and interview for the ongoing series.

The seventh installment of the new Perfect Execution focuses on footwork.

“Your footwork is the foundation of everything,” said Hopkins. “The main purpose of good footwork is to position your opponent where you want them to be and not where he wants you.”
