ELIGIBILITY:  The RingTV.com Giveaway is open to contestants who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry in this Giveaway.  Verification of age may be required to receive a Prize.

To Qualify, Entry MUST BE RECEIVED Between 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time on 08/22/2011 and 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on 08/27/2011 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit one entry per person per day during the Promotion Period.

Officers, directors, and employees of RingTV.com and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and such employees’ immediate families and household members, are not eligible.

PRIZE: Two (2) Grand Prizes: (1) Pair of tickets to Canelo Alvarez vs Alfonso Gomez fight at STAPLES Center on Sept. 17 and (1) autographed glove by Floyd Mayweather & Victor Ortiz.

PRIZE VALUE: Retail value of prizes vary.  No cash substitute will be made.  

DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected at random from a pool of all eligible entries.  The drawing will be conducted by RingTV.com within 1 week of the end of the Promotional Period.  Potential winners will be contacted via e-mail, Facebook or other preferred method provided by the entrant.  The inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, or if prize notification is returned as non-deliverable for any reason, may result in forfeiture of prize and RingTV.com may award prize to an alternate eligible winner.

CANCELLATION: Cancellation of the boxing event scheduled for 8/27/11 will cancel this Giveaway and relieve RingTV.com from any obligation to award the Prize. RingTV.com is not obligated to notify the entrants in the event of a Cancellation.  

CARD SUBJECT TO CHANGE: In the event that either or both of the participants in the main event of the boxing event scheduled for 8/27/11 change, any entries received that select a fighter who no longer appears on the fight card will be null and void.  RingTV.com is not obligated to notify the entrants in the event of a change in the fight card.  

ODDS OF WINNING:  Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

INDEMNIFICATION:  Each entrant shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless RingTV.com, RingTV.com’s affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or other representatives, (collectively, "Indemnified Parties") from and against all claims, damages, losses, liens, causes of action, suits, judgments and expenses, including attorneys’ fees (collectively, "Liabilities"), arising from or relating to entrant’s participation in this Giveaway or entrant’s acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, except to the extent liabilities result solely from an Indemnified Party’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.  

MISCELLANEOUS: Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of prize not specified as included in the prize. No transfer, assignment of a prize, in whole or in part is permitted.  RingTV.com reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, with a prize of comparable or greater value.  Failure to satisfy any of the foregoing, non-compliance with these Official Rules, the inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or if prize notification is returned as non-deliverable for any reason, may result in forfeiture of prize and RingTV.com may award prize to an alternate eligible winner.  By entering, entrants agree that RingTV.com and its designees shall have the right to use entrant’s name, picture, likeness, biographical information, and voice for trade, advertising, promotional or any other purpose in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without any further compensation, consideration, permission or notification except where prohibited by law.  RingTV.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries and to modify, terminate or suspend this Giveaway in the event a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, or other cause corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Giveaway, or for any other reason.  RingTV.com is not responsible for any force majeure event, including any act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorist act, or any other event that is outside RingTV.com’s control.

Winners are responsible for payment of all taxes on prizes and for any costs not specified relating to the acceptance and use of a prize. 

FINAL AND BINDING: Decisions of the RingTV.com concerning this Giveaway are final and binding.
