Yaegashi beats Igarashi for RING title, Yamanaka stops Tunacao
Akira Yaegashi defeated incumbent RING flyweight champion Toshiyuki Igarashi by unanimous decision at the Ryoguko Kokugikan in Tokyo on Monday. In the co-featured bout, WBC bantamweight titleholder Shinsuke Yamanaka scored a 12th-round stoppage of Malcolm Tunacao.
