Ken Buchanan is widely considered the greatest boxer Scotland has ever produced and one of the very best from Britain.
Buchanan was born and raised in Edinburgh, where his family lived a modest life in government housing. As a youngster, he was never far from trouble. A chance trip to the cinema proved to be a pivotal moment in his life, however.
