Malignaggi suffers cut in training, May 29 bout vs. O’Connor nixed

Paul Malignaggi’s May 29 fight against Danny O’Connor has been scratched due to a cut the two-division titleholder suffered in training. Malignaggi-O’Connor was to co-feature a Premier Boxing Champions on Spike show, but will now be replaced by the Javier Fortuna-Bryan Vasquez WBA 130-pound title bout, according to the PBC.
