Unbeaten prospect Osleys Iglesias joins Eye of the Tiger’s super middleweight standouts

Eye of The Tiger announced they had signed unbeaten Cuban-born, Germany-based Osleys Iglesias to a promotional contract on Tuesday.
The Montreal-based promotional outfit are already deeply invested in the 168-pound division and promote The Ring’s Nos. 2- and 6-rated super middleweights Christian Mbilli and Erik Bazinyan.
Camille Estephan of Eye of The Tiger recognized the ability of Iglesias (9-0, 8 knockouts) and was only too happy to his burgeoning stable.

“I’m very happy because Iglesias is a very special talent, when you can sign a talent like that you jump on it,” Estephan told The Ring. “He’s super serious, has a good team around him and gives us another weapon in the super middleweight division, in one of the most prestigious divisions on combat sports. We are very pleased; he has the potential to be a superstar.”
The working plan is for Iglesias to make his EEOT debut in the first quarter of 2024.
Iglesias turned professional in Germany in 2019 after a strong amateur career. In just his sixth fight he dominated experienced veteran Isaac Chilemba (UD 12) and blitzed perennial contender Ezequiel Maderna (KO 1).
The 25-year-old southpaw impressively stopped Andrii Velikovskyi (TKO 10) and, most recently, ended a 10-month hiatus by stopping previously unbeaten Artur Reis (KO 4).
