Rances Barthelemy and Fernando Saucedo weighed 130 pounds each for Barthelemy’s defense of his IBF junior lightweight belt at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Conn., to be televised on Showtime.

Barthelemy (20-0, 12 knockouts) is coming off a unanimous decision that dethroned then-beltholder Argenis Mendez in July, while Saucedo (52-5-3, 8 KOs) has won 14 straight fights, seven by knockout.

For the co-feature, junior middleweights Willie Nelson (23-1-1, 13 KOs) and Vanes Martirosyan (34-1-1, 21 KOs) each weighed 153 pounds, and former light heavyweight beltholder Chad Dawson (32-3, 18 KOs) and rival Tommy Karpency (23-4-1, 14 KOs) both came in at 173.

Martirosyan, 28, unanimously decisioned Mario Lozano in his last fight to rebound from a split-decision loss to Demetrius Andrade for the WBO’s belt.

Nelson, 27, is riding a seven-fight winning streak that includes three knockouts and was last in action for unanimous decision over Luis Grajeda in August. Nelson’s only loss was by majority decision to Vincent Arroyo in April 2011.

Dawson, 32, is coming off a first-round stoppage of George Blades in June after having suffered back-to-back stoppage losses to RING super middleweight champ Andre Ward and and RING light heavyweight champion Adonis Stevenson.

Karpency, 28, has won two bouts over journeymen since dropping a shutout decision to then-WBO titleholder Nathan Cleverly in February 2012 and falling by seventh-round TKO to Andrzej Fonfara almost nine months later.
