Manny's Pacquiao's wife, Jinkee, gave birth to their fifth child, Israel, who was born at 3:30 p.m. on April 27 in the Philippines, weighing eight pounds, two ounces, according to reports and publicist Fred Sternburg.

"I've seen a couple of stories out of the Philippines, so I've been posting that all day," said Sternburg of Pacquiao's third boy — born C-section — to go with two girls. "I saw one quote out of the Philippines quoting Manny that 'This is better than any world title that I've ever won.'"

Pacquiao, who turned 35 in December, is coming off a unanimous decision over Tim Bradley on April 12 to regain the WBO welterweight belt he lost by disputed split-decision in June 2012.

After falling to Bradley, Pacquiao was knocked out by Juan Manuel Marquez in December 2012, a loss from which he rebounded with a unanimous decision over Brandon Rios last November.

Pacquiao has been mandated to face the winner of a May 17 welterweight bout between Mike Alvarado and Marquez, the latter of whom is 1-2-1 against Pacquiao.
