Welterweight prospect Alan Sanchez scored a sixth-round technical knockout over Jorge Silva on Friday night at The Illusions Theater in San Antonio. The fight was a Golden Boy Live! main event on Fox Sports 1 and Fox Deportes.

In victory, the 23-year-old Sanchez (13-3-1, 7 knockouts) rebounded from a unanimous decision loss to ex-beltholder Luis Collazo last September. The 22-year-old Silva (20-6-2, 16 KOs), of Tijuana, lost for the third straight time and the fourth in his past five fights.

Also on the card was 2012 Olympian Errol Spence Jr. (12-0, 10 KOs), a 24-year-old southpaw who scored a first round knockout over Raymond Charles (12-3-2, 5 KOs).

In another fight, 18-year-old Travell Mazion (8-0, 8 KOs) came up with a first-round knockout of Antonio Sanchez (2-2-1, 2 KOs).
