Once-beaten middleweight Danny Jacobs, lightweight Jose Gonzalez and streaking welterweight Ed Paredes will fight on the undercard of Saturday's main event between RING 140-pound champion Danny Garcia and Mauricio Herrera in Puerto Rico, Golden Boy announced on Thursday.

The 27-year-old Jacobs (26-1, 23 knockouts) will pursue his seventh consecutive stoppage victory against Milton Nunez (26-9-1, 24 KOs). The bout will be shown on Showtime Extreme along with the 130-pound rematch between Juan Manuel Lopez and Daniel Ponce de Leon, a pair of two-division titleholders. Lopez stopped Ponce de Leon in the first round for the WBO junior featherweight title in June 2008.

Gonzalez (22-1, 17 KOs) was last in the ring in May, when his ninth-round stoppage loss to then-WBO titleholder Ricky Burns ended his run of four consecutive knockout wins.

Forced to withdraw from the Burns bout with a wrist injury, Gonzalez, 30, will face an opponent to be determined, according to a release.

The 28-year-old Paredes (34-3-1, 22 KOs) is 13-0-1, with nine knockouts, since falling by unanimous decision to current IBF 154-pound beltholder Carlos Molina in 2009. Paredes will face Yoryi Estrella (10-9-2, 7 KOs).

In other bouts, junior welterweight John Karl Sosa meets Antonio Sanchez, and 2012 Puerto Rican Olympian Prichard Colon will face a junior middleweight rival to be determined. In addition, featherweight Pedro Vicente takes on Karl Garcia.

JULIAN WILLIAMS TO FIGHT FREDDY HERNANDEZ ON GOLDEN BOY LIVE!

Unbeaten middleweight Julian Williams will face veteran Freddy Hernandez in the main event of Monday's Golden Boy Live! event on Fox Sports 1 and Fox Deportes from the House of Blues in Boston.

A 23-year-old Philadelphia resident who is advised by Al Haymon, Williams (14-0-1, 8 KOs) was last in the ring for a third-round knockout of Orlando Lora in December.

The 34-year-old Hernandez (30-6, 20 KOs) has lost five of his past six fights, the win being a unanimous decision victory over Luis Collazo in October 2011. His losses in that run included knockouts by Andre Berto and Delvin Rodriguez, and decision losses to Erislandy Lara and Demetrius Andrade.

Collazo, Berto, Lara and Andrade are also current or former clients of Haymon.

Also in televised action on the St. Patrick's Day event is Irish lightweight Jamie "The Nuisance" Kavanagh against Puerto Rico's Andres Navarro, with heavyweight Alexis Santos facing Sylvester Barron, and Irish Olympian John Joe Nevin making his U.S. debut against Alberto Candelaria, this after Nevin was featured in the World Series of Boxing.

In other bouts, junior lightweight Ryan Kielczewski will face Guillermo Sanchez, and welterweight Greg Vendetti will meet Pedro Gonzalez, who will make his professional debut.
