IBF lightweight beltholder Miguel Vazquez and two-time Olympic gold medalist Zou Shiming weighed in on Friday for Saturday's card in Macau.

Vazquez (33-3, 13 knockouts), THE RING's No. 1-rated lightweight, came in 134.8 pounds — the same as Russian opponent Denis Shafikov (33-0-1, 18 KOs).

Vazquez, 27, is attempting to make the sixth defense of his belt against Shafikov, a 28-year-old who is coming off a seventh-round stoppage victory over Santos Banavides in August that marked his debut in the United States.

Shiming (3-0) weighed 111.8 pounds compared to 110.6 for flyweight rival Yokthong Kokietgym (15-3, 11 KOs) of Thailand.

Also on the card are 2012 Olympic gold medalists Ryota Murata, a middleweight from Japan in his third professional fight, and Egor Mekhontsev, a light heavyweight from Russia in his second pro bout.

Murata weighed 161.4 pounds to 160.6 for will face Brazilian Carlos Nascimento, and Mekhontsev, 177.2 compared to 173.6 for  Thai fighter Jaritram Atthaporn.

For a featherweight battle of ex-beltholders, Japan's Akifumi Shimoda 125.8 to 125.6 for Marvin Sonsona of the Philippines, while Hong Kong junior bantamweight Rex Tso was 114.6 to 114.4 for Japan's Mako Matuyama.
