10. Celestino Caballero (active)

Record: 36-4, 23 knockouts

Years Active: 1998-present

Title Reign: October 4, 2006-August 29, 2009 (WBA), November 21, 2008-August 29, 2009 (IBF)

Style: Long-limbed stalker

Strengths: Extreme height and reach (5-11, 73 inches), excellent right hand power, patience

Why Is He Ranked? Caballero is one of the better right-hand punchers in division history as his crosses and uppercuts scored numerous knockdowns and knockouts. In the process of notching eight WBA defenses, he added the IBF belt by crushing Steve Molitor and successfully defended both baubles twice. Also, he never lost the titles in the ring; the IBF stripped Caballero in February 2010 because no promoter (including his own) made an offer during two purse bids for his mandatory against Takalani Ndlovu. Though Caballero could have continued to defend the WBA belt he decided to move up in weight.
