The rematch between WBO junior featherweight titleholder Jorge Arce and Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. might be on the Miguel Cotto–Antonio Margarito card Dec. 3 at Madison Square Garden in New York, Top Rank CEO Bob Arum said.

Arce (57-6-2, 44 knockouts) took the title from Vazquez Jr. (21-1-1, 17 KOs) by 12th-round knockout on the undercard of Manny Pacquiao's unanimous decision over Shane Mosley in May. Arce, 32, must first beat Simphiwe Nongqayi (16-1-1, 6 KOs) on Sept. 24.

Cotto, the WBA junior middleweight beltholder, is facing Margarito in rematch. Margarito stopped Cotto in the 11th round in 2008.
