Demetrius Hopkins bounced back from his disappointing title-fight loss to Kendall Holt by easily outpointing Jesse Feliciano on Thursday night in Commerce, Calif.

Hopkins, the nephew of Bernard Hopkins, dominated the tough, but overmatched former title contender from beginning to end. He won 100-90, 100-90 and 100-91 on the scorecards.

Hopkins (29-1-1, 11 knockouts) lost a split decision in his bid to take Holt’s junior welterweight title in December.

Feliciano (15-9-3, 9 KOs) was a late replacement for former titleholder Freddie Norwood.
