A mediation meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday in an attempt to save the Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather Jr. fight, which is tentatively scheduled for March 13 in Las Vegas, according to several reports.

The fighters’ representatives will meet with retired federal judge Daniel Weinstein at his office in Santa Monica, Calif.

Weinstein once helped resolve differences that allowed Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions – promoters of Pacquiao and Mayweather, respectively – to work together.

The sides have hit a monumental impasse because the fighters can’t agree on how they’ll test of performance-enhancing drugs.

Experts believe the fight would be the most-lucrative in boxing history.
