Yusaf Mack might've arrived as a light heavyweight.

The one-time super middleweight contender was smaller but better than Chris Henry on Friday in Salisbury, Md., winning a split decision in his biggest fight at 175 pounds.

Mack (27-2-2, 16 knockouts) built a big lead in the first half of the fight with his quickness and nasty right hand, which landed regularly on Henry's exposed head.

Mack rocked the defense-challenged Henry (23-2, 18 KOs) with a series of rights in the sixth round, almost putting the bigger man down.

Henry, who has fought as a cruiserweight, rallied by staying busy and apparently wearing down Mack but fell just short in the scoring.

Two judges scored it in favor of Mack (116-112 and 115-112) and one had Henry winning (115-113).

Mack has now won all five of his light heavyweight bouts.

Henry was THE RING's No. 10-rated light heavyweight going into the fight.
