Many believe Joshua Clottey was lucky to be chosen as Manny Pac- quiao's March 13 opponent after negotiations for the Floyd Mayweath- er showdown fell apart. However, Bob Arum, promoter of both fighters, says Clottey, who has suffered his share of tough losses and setbacks, is a deserving challenger for Pacquiao and an important part of Saturday's pay-per-view event.
