Rafael Concepcion weighed in Friday at 119½ pounds -- 4½ over the limit – for his junior bantamweight fight against Nonito Donaire on Saturday in Las Vegas on Top Rank Pay-per-view.

The fight, which was supposed to be for the WBA interim title, will go on as scheduled but only Donaire can claim that title.

Concepcion reportedly was fined 20 percent of his $65,000 purse, or $13,000, half going to the Nevada State Athletic Commission and half going to Donaire.

Donaire (21-1, 14 knockouts) gave up the flyweight title he won by knocking out Vic Darchinyan in 2007 and will fight at 115 pounds for the first time.

Concepcion (13-3-1, 8 KOs) is from Panama.
