The clash between Vasyl Lomachenko and Nicholas Walters will headline the Top Rank Promotions card from the The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas Saturday night.

The bout, along with the replay of the light heavyweight title bout between Andre Ward and Sergey Kovalev, will air on HBO, beginning at 10:35 p.m. ET/ 7:35 PT.

The non-televised undercard will have bouts between prospects and contenders staying busy against modest opposition.

Welterweight contender Konstantin Ponomarev of Russia will face gatekeeper Silverio Ortiz in an eight-round bout.

Ponomarev (30-0, 13 knockouts), who is trained by Abel Sanchez, has not fought since April 9, when he won a 10-round split decision over Brad Solomon in Las Vegas. Saturday will mark the third time in four fights that Ponomarev will fight at The Cosmopolitan.

Ortiz (35-18, 17 KOs), who resides in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico, snapped a four-bout losing streak in his last bout on Oct. 22, stopping unbeaten prospect Mian Hussain in the third round.

Trevor McCumby will face Donovan George in an eight-round clash of hard-hitting Chicago-area light heavyweights.

McCumby (23-0, 18 KOs), who resides in the Phoenix area, has stopped six of his last seven opponents.

George (25-6-2, 22 KOs) lost a one-sided decision to Lionell Thompson in his most recent bout on Sept. 16 in Las Vegas.

Juan Ruiz (17-0, 10 KOs), who is originally from Colombia and now resides in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, squares off against Fernando Carcamo (21-7, 16 KOs) in an eight-round welterweight bout.

Ruiz was originally scheduled to fellow unbeaten Egidijus Kavaliauskas in a 10-round bout but Kavaliauskas suffered a broken toe in training.

The undercard will be televised on TopRank.tv, beginning at 8:30 p.m. ET/ 5:30 p.m. PT.
