Unbeaten bantamweight Luis Nery will fight David Sanchez this Saturday night, Zanfer Promotions liaison Sean Gibbons confirmed to RingTV Thursday night.

The 12-round bout will take place at the Auditorio Municipal in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. beIN Sports en Espanol will broadcast the fight, beginning at 11 p.m ET/8 p.m. PT.

The southpaw Nery (19-0, 13 knockouts) has faced modest opposition thus far as a pro but Sanchez should be his toughest foe yet on paper.

Nery, who resides in Tijuana, is coming off a 10-round unanimous decision win over Martin Casillas on April 16 in Mexico City.

Prior to the Casillas fight, Nery notched four consecutive knockout wins.

In his last bout on Feb. 13, Sanchez (29-3-2, 22 KOs) won an eight-round split decision over Eleazar Valenzuela. The victory was on the heels of a 10th round knockout loss at the hands of current junior bantamweight contender Luis Concepcion on Sept. 19.

Sanchez does have wins over newly-crowned titlist Marlon Tapales and former titleholder Juan Alberto Rosas.

In the opening bout of the beIN Sports en Espanol broadcast, welterweight Jaime Munguia (15-0, 12 KOs) will face Oscar Mora (5-1, 5 KOs) in an eight-round bout.

Also on the Zanfer Promotions card, lightweight prospects Raul Geraldo (7-1, 6 KOs) and Angel Ruiz (6-1, 5 KOs) face off in a six-round rematch.
