Former middleweight prospect Fernando Guerrero faces fringe contender Caleb Truax in the 10-round main event of Premier Boxing Champions – The Next Round on Bounce TV on Sept. 18 at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida.

The program will also be live streamed on BounceTV.com, beginning at 9:00 p.m. ET.

Guerrero (27-3, 19 knockouts) is 2-1 since being stopped by Peter Quillin in a big for the WBO title in 2013. Since that fight, he was been stopped in two rounds by current IBF titleholder David Lemieux but he’s coming off a split decision victory over Abraham Han in April.

Truax (25-2-2,15 KOs) is coming off a 12-round TKO to Daniel Jacobs in April but prior to that loss the 31-year-old Minnesota native was unbeaten in eight bouts. Truax’s only other loss is a 10-round decision to former champ Jermain Taylor, who was dropped in the ninth round of their 2012 fight.

In the co-main event of the card, undefeated welterweight prospect Jamal James (17- 0, 9 KOs) takes on former contender Juan Carlos Abreu (18-1, 17 KOs). The opening fight pits former amateur star Erickson Lubin (11-0, 8 KOs) against gatekeeper Orlando Lora (31-5-3, 19 KOs).

Fred Hickman (CNN Sports, ESPN) will again serve as host of Bounce TV’s PBC – The Next Round, while Fran Charles (MLB Network, NFL Network) calls the blow-by-blow action, and former junior middleweight titleholder Austin Trout to provide insight and analysis.
