Lucian Bute will face Andrea Di Luisa in the main event of a Premier Boxing Champions on NBCSN on August 15 from the Bell Centre in Montreal.

Bute (31-2, 24 KOs), a Montreal-based former IBF super middleweight titleholder from Romania, will fight Italy’s Di Luisa (17-2, 13 KOs) in a scheduled 10-round super middleweight showdown. Televised coverage on NBCSN begins at 9:00 p.m. ET/6:00 p.m. PT.

The co-featured bout of the broadcast matches undefeated light heavyweights Eleider Alvarez (17-0, 10 KOs) against Isidro Ranoni Prieto (24-0-3, 20 KOs) in a 12-round battle.

“I’m ready and looking forward to going back in the ring,” said Bute. “I have not lost my passion and I train six days a week, twice a day. I am excited to perform on the big stage on August 15.”
