Marcos Maidana said "When I hit" Floyd Mayweather Jr., "it'll hurt," to which Maidana's trainer, Robert Garcia, added, "If Chino lands, and Chino hurts Mayweather, it's over" during Saturday's second of four 30-minute episodes of All Access: Mayweather vs. Maidana in advance of Maidana's May 3 Showtime Pay-Per-View main event against Mayweather at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

The 30-year-old Maidana (35-3, 31 knockouts), who will be after his fifth straight win against Mayweather (45-0, 26 KOs) during a run that has included three knockouts, is coming off December's unanimous decision over previously unbeaten Adrien Broner, whom he dropped in the second and eighth rounds for his current title.

During the All-Access episode, Maidana is shown hunting and fishing and eating his kill along with camp members who include his father near a ranch in his native Argentina. Maidana also has to leave his newborn daughter, Emilia.

Maidana's first session in Garcia's Oxnard, Calif., gym reveals that he has lost nothing in the way of the power that has helped him to rebound from his last loss by unanimous decision to southpaw Devon Alexander in his 147-pound debut in February 2012.

"You're going to hurt his ribs. Definitely," said Garcia to Maidana. "The fighters that give Floyd trouble are those that are aggressive, that keep coming forward, that don't respect him. If Chino lands, and Chino hurts Mayweather, then it's over."

Maidana agreed.

"A lot of people want Mayweather to lose. When I hit Mayweather, it'll hurt."
