Lem’s latest: Tim Bradley-Manny Pacquiao II: HBO’s 24/7 airs Saturday

The April 12 rematch between WBO welterweight beltholder Tim Bradley and Manny Pacquiao will be preceded by HBO's telecast of 24/7: Pacquiao-Bradley II starting with Saturday's first of three episodes at midnight, ET/PT.

The second and third episodes of 24/7: Pacquiao-Bradley II will be shown on April 5 at 11:30 p.m., ET/PT, and April 10 at 8:30 p.m., ET/PT.

Saturday's Bradley-Pacquiao edition will follow HBO's 10 p.m. broadcst of light heavyweight Sergey Kovalev's defense of his WBO belt against Cedric Agnew, whose undercard features junior welterweight Karim Mayfield opposite Thomas Dulorme.

In his past three fights, Bradley dethroned Pacquiao by split decision in June 2012, rose from a 12th-round knockdown to unanimously decision Ruslan Provodnikov in March 2013 and then won a split decision over four-division titlewinner Juan Manuel Marquez last October.

Pacquiao lost his next bout after Bradley in December 2012 by sixth-round stoppage to Marquez, against whom Pacquiao is 2-1-1, before winning a unanimous decision over Brandon Rios in his most recent fight in November.

The WBO has declared that the winner of Bradley-Pacquiao II must face that between Marquez and Mike Alvarado, who will fight on May 17.

Newly-formed management group Sheer Sports has signed super middleweight Ronald Akeem Ellis (6-0, 5 KOs) of Boston, Mass., and amateur standout Edwin "The Hitman" Sandoval of Bakersfield, Ca, the latter of whom will campaign at 122 pounds.
