HBO will televise the super middleweight rematch between IBF beltholder Carl Froch and George Groves live from the U.K. on May 31.

HBO Sports President Ken Hershman made the fight, which will take place in England but the specific site has not been determined.

The previously unbeaten Groves lost to Froch in November by ninth-round knockout after having floored Froch in the first round.
