Many fans expect Lucas Matthysse’s vaunted power to overwhelm Danny Garcia to earn the junior welterweight championship on Saturday, according to a recent RingTV.com poll. 

A whopping 68.1 percent of 2,700 votes were for “Matthysse by KO” on the poll, which asked who will win the anticipated 140-pound showdown that is the co-feature to the Floyd Mayweather-Canelo Alvarez pay-per-view event.

Only 27 percent of the votes were for Garcia; 13.9 percent by KO, 13.1 percent by decision.

Matthysse by decision only garnered 3.9 percent of the vote. Just under 1 percent (0.9) of the votes went to the unlikely draw verdict.
